Shipment tracking lived in spreadsheets. Managers had no live view of deliveries and invoices were manual.
What we did
We built a Laravel + Vue operations dashboard with shipment tracking, driver assignment, automated invoicing and role-based access, integrated with their existing accounting tool.
The result
Billing time fell from 3 days to 2 hours per week and on-time delivery improved by 18%.
