These terms govern your use of the My Agency website and services.
Services
We provide web design, development, digital marketing and related services. Project scope, deliverables and timelines are defined in a written proposal or statement of work.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. Prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Warranty
We fix defects in our work free of charge for the support period stated in your package. Third-party plugins, hosting and content are excluded.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
